    How to Use VWI Watchlists

    ~2m

Watchlists are curated collections of short films from the Voices With Impact (VWI) Film Library, organized around themes, awareness months, and timely topics. They’re a great way to explore the breadth of the library—or to find the perfect film for your next Class.

    Where to Find Watchlists

You’ll find Watchlists in the Voices With Impact section of the site, in the Films section.
We regularly feature new Watchlists throughout the year, including:

    • Mental Health Awareness Week
    • New Voices: First-Time Filmmakers
    • Pride Month
    • Black History Month
    • Global Perspectives on Mental Health
Each list is carefully selected to highlight a specific theme and to showcase the range of storytelling styles and identities in the VWI film library.

    Why Watchlists Matter

    Watchlists help you:

    • Discover powerful films you may not have searched for on your own
    • Explore fresh perspectives from underrepresented voices
    • Find inspiration for your next Class, presentation, or event
    • Stay connected to timely conversations across the year

    Don’t Lose a Watchlist—Save It!

Featured Watchlists rotate regularly, so the link you see today might not be visible tomorrow.

    • If you see a Watchlist you want to revisit, make sure to click Save Watchlist button to save it to your Favorites.
    • Your Favorites live in your Partner Portal, so you can always return to them—even after the public Watchlist has rotated out of view.

    Tips & Notes

    • You can save as many Watchlists as you like—use them to prep for future Classes or share with co-facilitators.
    • Watchlists aren’t tied to specific Classes, but many of the films they feature appear in AOM Classes. You can visit each individual film's page to see which Classes they are featured in.
