Plans change! If you need to update the details of your scheduled Class, it’s easy to adjust the date, time, or location right from your Partner Portal.
How to Change the Date, Time, or Location
- Go to your Partner Portal
- Log in and scroll down to find your list of upcoming Classes.
- Find the Class you want to update
- Each Class page shows the current date, time, and location in the top panel
- Click the “Edit” button next to the detail you want to change
- You’ll see small edit icons next to each field. Click the one you need and enter your new info
- Save your changes
- Updates happen instantly, and your Participants will see the revised details the next time they log in
Tips & Notes
- If you’ve already shared your registration page, there’s no need to resend it—changes will update automatically.
- You can make updates any time before the Class begins.
- Double-check the time zone if you’re facilitating remotely!
