Compare different ways in which OCD can impact different people
Privately reflect on intrusive thoughts or behaviors, and consider support systems
This class invites participants to learn about Obsessive-Compulsive Related Disorders by watching two short films that depict different lived experiences with these disorders. Using a resource review, participants will gain understanding of symptoms and treatment options. Throughout the class, reflection questions are used to encourage participants to consider how the protagonists of the films navigate living with their illness, and allow participants to empathize with their experiences.
