The Voices With Impact Short Film Festival celebrates mental health storytelling through film during the month of June. The festival begins with the World Premiere of the 10 mental health shorts created through our VWI production grant at the VIFF Centre in Vancouver, B.C. Our filmmakers join us for a talk back after the screening to kick off the month of virtual and on-demand events.
The online festival includes a wide range of events sharing over 30 shorts as well as well as masterclasses from industry experts and the best mental health films from across the globe. The VWI films from each year and the filmmaker panel are also available to watch on demand during the online festival, so those who weren't able to make it to the World Premiere in Vancouver don't miss out. All online events are free.
Tickets for the Premiere and online event registrations go live in April.
