    Class Promotion and Registration Tips

    Once you’ve booked a Class, it’s time to spread the word. Whether you’re expecting a small group or inviting your whole community, here are a few ways to make registration smooth and boost attendance.

    Use your Social Media image

    As soon as your Class is booked, a ready-made .png social media image is created for you. It includes:

    • The Class title, date, time, and location
    • Screenshots of the featured films
    • A bright, eye-catching background
    • A QR code that links directly to the registration page
      The image is perfectly sized for Instagram's grid, but you can use it anywhere—flyers, newsletters, screens on campus, or stories.

    Post early and often

    Promote your Class right when you schedule it, a few days ahead, and again on the day of. Try:

    • Posting the .png on Instagram with a short caption about why this Class matters
    • Displaying the registration page as people walk in (for last-minute signups)

    Make it inviting

    In your post or invite, highlight:

    • The topic or emotional focus
    • That it's short and interactive
    • That no previous experience is needed
      Example caption: “Curious about how storytelling and film can support mental health? Join us Thursday at 6pm for a short, powerful Class on <>. Just scan the QR code to sign up!”

    Tips & Notes

    • You can find your promo image and registration tools in your Partner Portal, on the booked Class page under Resources.
    • If you're co-leading or working with a department, share the image and QR code with them for cross-promotion.
    • The more accessible and clear your invitation, the more likely people will feel welcomed and excited to attend.
