After your Class ends, you’ll notice that you need to complete your own Instructor evaluation before you can view Participant feedback. This isn’t just a formality—it’s a vital part of how Art Opening Minds continues to grow and meet the needs of our partners.
Here’s why your input matters—and what you can expect.
Why It Works This Way
- We’re new, and we’re learning too. Art Opening Minds is a growing platform, and we depend on real-time feedback from Instructors to improve our content, structure, and support. Your insights help us make Classes more relevant, inclusive, and impactful.
- Instructor feedback gives context to Participant responses. When we read both sets of data together, we can better understand what worked (and what didn’t) from multiple angles. This allows us to adjust quickly and responsibly.
- It shows care for the whole learning experience. By reflecting on your facilitation and your group’s dynamic, you help create a full picture of the Class—not just what Participants felt, but how the session was shaped.
What You Should Know
- It’s not anonymous (within your school). If you’re not the Partner Admin, that person will be able to see your evaluation responses. This helps keep communication open and collaborative across departments or teams.
- You control how your feedback is shared beyond your school. Before you submit, you’ll choose:
- Share with other AOM Partners with your name
- Share anonymously
- Don’t share beyond AOM staff and your Partner Admin
- After you complete the Instructor evaluation, you’ll unlock the Participant data for that session.
