    Uploading and Using Class Rosters

    If you already know who will be in your Class—like a club, student group, or course you’re teaching—you can upload a roster ahead of time. This gives Participants immediate access to films and resources through a secure Magic Link.

    Book your Class

    Go to the Classes page, choose the one you want, and begin the booking process by clicking "Schedule This Class"

    Choose “Upload a Class Roster”

    Under the section “Add Participants by:”, select the option for “uploading a class roster.”

    Use the CSV tools

    You’ll see two buttons:

    • Download CSV Template – Use this to see the required format.
    • Upload New Class CSV – Click this when you’re ready to upload your file.
      Note: You don’t have to use our template. Any CSV file will work as long as it has these three columns:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email

    Upload and review

    Once uploaded, double-check the list to make sure everything looks right by clicking "Show Registered Students" on the Class page.

    Tips & Notes

    • Privacy is important: We only use the email addresses to send Participants their Magic Link to access the Class. No marketing. No spam. No sharing. Ever.
    • If you’re not sure who will be in the room, you can use the Create a Registration Page option instead—this generates a QR code for real-time sign-up.
    • Registered Participants will be able to:
      • Watch the films
      • Use the reflection tools
      • Complete the evaluation
      • Revisit materials afterward
